Sr. Software Program Executive
Dr. Hart is an accomplished physicist and technologist that includes being a senior software engineer, DevSecOps engineer, U.S. Navy Cyber Warefare Engineer with a top level security clearance, and a bonafide rocket scientist with many occupational qualifications. He holds a Ph.D. in physics from the University of California Irvine and an active security clearance.
